madness blessed

snow rising through rampage
is a stillness of growl ache love
        to most, ignored , is
the wild they need to embrace
    madness is
                 love’s agony bliss & grace
           never kept,never chased,never pondered
is the blessing of true longing
is the welcoming of thee unknown’s
                 forever gift

totem vision ceremony

       dancing
         a breath heave stomp
      round the deer call
    antlers carving, the cernunnos
      shaking & huffing through
             a hoof blessed circle

             the walking stick of light
                 is the tree of life
                        stuck through snow

     blessing a friend
     with totems & allies
    omen guided
     aligned by otherworld signs
    stag’s swoon
the deer that were shot, now redeemed
   the stag spirit surround
     their totemic blessing
   of antler dance life

i steal my night

i steal my night

with random lone spears
i steal my night
chasing cavalier spheres
to the ends they lead
without fortunes scathless
of remission to confess
my gypsy redemption
i throw my seas

like no other emblem
like all cosmic eyes
i leer into the leading denys
unseemingly an end has crept
from my own martyred dements
i steal my night

from my heart spoken toil
the chase may repent
a theft of oneself
the seas may revive
and lead lone in a dive
like spears of nomadic shrill
like no hearts cadence
my devious may be radiance
and with seduction serene
i now lead
to the perennial ends,
my heart still bends
onward,to steal the night

a moon wane of otherworld eyes

written october/3/2012

A Moon Wane of Otherworld Eyes

a moon wane
of otherworld eyes,
the green vision waning was,
a hiking pull
to chant, the ritual
of clacking sticks
the cernunnos glide
the trackless guiding song

moon was full through the weekend & is waning now
autumn season & green leaves are changing color or,waning
saw the eyes of the green spirit of the forest last night
& also otherworld spirits or fairies last night
& felt a draw or pull to hike through the forest to do a ritual
ceremonial prayer

cernunnos is the celtic god of the forest

ancient & a child

ancient &
a child
no “job” ,  no “career”
no sex , & no brushed hair
wandering an infinite wonder
of eternal realized wisdom
thee unknown’s newness with
deer,dragons, thunderbirds & samasquish
chickadee’s & every season
the whimsy of
giggles & fire
& the frostbite challenge
for a minus 25
temperatureless song

awakened by thunderbirds

a circling totem
 shape-shift dream
from turkey vulture to a gryphon ?
  gryphon vulture of archetypal emanating

      thunderbird waking
     12:12’s & 22’s
      thunderers through body/being
      a resonating, an imbueing,a bestowing

      thunderbird voice through the eons
of a town, a forest, from womb & mother

      speaking with stones
       a barefoot prayer
        a dirty foot blessing

Eternity’s Vein

written by Daniel Alexander Mclachlan Gauld 1998

ETERNITYS VEIN

on sprightly eves
into a bantering forever
i mourn upon our horizon

saviours have lived
and we must live
like our perpetual blood
like the flowing of eternitys vein
shedding a tear
to give us birth
